These terms apply when you book a tour through goldencircleiceland.com. Please read them, together with the details on the tour page, before you book.
Who we are
Golden Circle Iceland is operated by Etravel ehf. (kt. 530208-1680), Skeifunni 19, 108 Reykjavík, Iceland.
Our role
We sell tours run by independent Icelandic tour companies. The company running your tour is responsible for carrying it out, including the guide, transport and safety on the day.
Booking and payment
Tours are booked and paid for in the booking calendar on each tour page, which is provided by Bokun. Your booking is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation by email. Before you pay, check that the date, number of travellers, names and pickup place are correct.
The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Prices are shown in Icelandic króna (ISK); if your card is in another currency, your bank may charge a conversion fee.
Cancelling a booking
Each tour has its own cancellation policy, set by the company that runs it. It is shown on the tour page and during checkout, and the policy shown when you book is the one that applies to your booking.
If you miss your pickup, or reach the meeting point after the tour has left, it counts as a cancellation under that policy.
Changes and cancellations by the tour company
Weather and road conditions in Iceland change quickly. The company running your tour may change the itinerary, or cancel the tour, when conditions make it unsafe. If your tour is cancelled, you will be offered another date or a full refund.
Pickup and meeting points
Where a tour includes pickup, the pickup places are listed on its tour page; otherwise the page gives the meeting point. Be ready at your pickup place or meeting point at the time given in your booking confirmation.
Your responsibilities
Read the tour page before you book: it lists what is included, what to bring and any requirements the tour has. Dress for Icelandic weather and follow your guide’s safety instructions.

Law
These terms are governed by Icelandic law. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
